Meet Dr Scott Church, Aesthetic Dental Surgeon
As an experienced dental surgeon in Sydney, Dr Church has a particular focus on advanced implantology, digital orthodontics, and full-mouth reconstruction. Originally from Canada, he earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from the University of Sydney and has since developed extensive experience in dental implants, cosmetic dentistry, and complex surgical procedures.
Advanced Training & Credentials
Dr Church’s extensive postgraduate training includes a Post-Graduate Diploma in Digital Orthodontics and advanced implantology mentorships with Nobel BioCare. Additionally, he has trained under leading surgeons, developing skills in:
- Digital implant planning & placement
- Full-arch rehabilitation techniques
- Bone grafting, sinus lifts & advanced surgical procedures
- Smile design, veneers & digital orthodontics
- Complex wisdom teeth extractions & soft tissue management
He also completed a 4-day Advanced Implant Surgery, Guided Bone Regeneration, Sinus Floor Elevation and All-on-4 Tx Concept Program, further strengthening his surgical expertise.
Dr Church is also an Advanced Invisalign® Provider, assisting patients in achieving tooth alignment before cosmetic or restorative procedures for both functional and aesthetic outcomes.
In addition to his surgical and restorative expertise, Dr Church is expanding into facial aesthetics. He is currently completing the Mastery in Facial Aesthetics program, a year-long course comprising 12 days of hands-on training.
He is already certified in anti-wrinkle injections (botulinum toxin type A), dermal fillers, and platelet-rich plasma (PRP) therapy, and will be undertaking further advanced mastery courses to broaden his skills and future offerings. Dr Church provides the current procedures offered at the practice, with anti-wrinkle injections now being introduced as an immediate new treatment option.
