Meet Dr Mary Bagdesar
Dr Mary Bagdesar holds a Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) and a Bachelor of Medical Science (First Class Honours), both from the University of Sydney. During the course of her studies, she received two prestigious awards for proficiency and excellence in all clinical components of dentistry.
Dr Bagdesar has also undertaken further post-graduate study, holding a Diploma of Aesthetic and Restorative dentistry from the Australian College of Dental Practitioners. She has since developed extensive experience in smile design and aesthetic treatments including orthodontics, veneers and full mouth rehabilitation. Dr Bagdesar is currently undertaking a post-graduate Diploma in Oral Implants.
Advanced Training & Credentials
Dr Bagdesar is an advanced Invisalign® provider, assisting patients in achieving tooth alignment before cosmetic or restorative procedures for both functional and aesthetic outcomes. Dr Bagdesar prides herself in open and honest communication, addressing the patients concerns and goals and providing expert clinical care using leading 3D digital planning and biomimetic techniques.
Dr Bagdesar has published papers on the oral care provided to patients with spinal cord injuries at two prominent rehabilitation hospitals to further improve their oral health outcomes.
Outside The Office
On the weekends, you will find Dr Bagdesar fossicking at her local antique store, playing tennis, spending time with her husband or on the beach with her whippet.
